Eduardo "Tiburón" Sarmiento. Expo...

Aunque aún no pasa de los treinta, no por eso deja de ser un viejo amigo. Lo conozco desde que era un adolescente un tanto misterioso, cuando lo veía en casa de su padre, en lo que "el viejo" yo "libábamos algunas copas" y nos comíamos unos camaroncitos o minutas de doncellas, pasando buen rato en Pueblo Grifo. Creo que en una de esas visitas mías al apartamento de mi buen ecobio el ortopédico, fue cuando Eduardo Sarmiento Jr. me mostró sus primeros trabajos. Luego tuve la suerte de que ambos saliésemos en un mismo numero de la revista Ariel: el como diseñador y yo con un cuento. Después fuimos vecinos, lo que me hizo estar mucho más cerca de sus pinturas, dibujos, todos con sobrada valía sin dudas, y descubrir así cómo iba evolucionando el artista que es. Finalmente, un día me lo tropiezo en Miami, en la presentación de un libro que no recuerdo ahora ni el título ni su autor. Hoy, tengo el placer de anunciar su exposición…
